If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders placed with customizations or special orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
2. Order Cancellation by Jai Hind Groups

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

Payment is not successfully processed or verified.

The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days.

If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is applicable as no payment was collected.
